the problem
You know you want to move abroad. It’s the remote work part that’s keeping you stuck.
You've sent out application after application, but you're barely getting responses. You're starting to wonder what you're doing wrong or whether finding a work-from-anywhere job is even possible.
Every job seems to have a different definition of "remote." Between hybrid roles, location restrictions, and remote claims, it's hard to know which roles are worth pursuing.
Fully remote jobs are competitive, and you're not sure how to make your resume, LinkedIn, or experience stand out from the crowd. You know you have valuable skills, but how do you get employers to notice?
A smarter strategy. A stronger resume and LinkedIn profile. Expert guidance to put it all into action.
That’s what you’ll get inside the Remote Work Bootcamp,
with four weeks of hands-on workshops and live support from remote work coach Michelle Coulson.

Founder of Remote Rebellion · Former Recruiter
I've partnered with Michelle Coulson, founder of Remote Rebellion, to bring her remote job search expertise to the She Hit Refresh community.
Originally from the UK, Michelle worked as a recruiter for 7 years. During lockdown, she was forced to work remotely, so she took advantage and worked from Bali instead of London.
Then when the ‘return to office’ call came in 2021, she said NO, quit her job and set up Remote Rebellion.
Michelle is THE expert at helping people to design their dream lives with freedom and flexibility by landing fully remote jobs.

From Your Host
Founder, She Hit Refresh
Hi, I’m Cepee! I’m the founder of She Hit Refresh, a community helping women 30+ make their dreams of moving abroad a reality.
One of the biggest challenges to moving that I hear from women in our community is they are ready to move, but they can't figure out the remote work piece.
That’s why I partnered with Michelle to bring this Bootcamp to She Hit Refresh.
While Michelle leads the remote work training, I’ll be joining you for a bonus live Move Abroad Q&A, where you can ask anything from visas to choosing where to live, scouting trips, housing, or whatever else is keeping you stuck.
My goal with this Bootcamp is to help you tackle the remote work piece so you can keep moving toward your dream of living abroad.

You’re a working professional who wants to move abroad, but your current job keeps you tied to one location.
You’re actively searching for remote work but you’re tired of scrolling job boards, sending applications, and getting little to no response.
You’re considering a career change and aren’t sure how to translate your existing skills and experience into a remote role.
You’re overwhelmed by the remote job market and can’t figure out which opportunities will actually allow you to work from another country.
You’re ready to stand out to employers but need help strengthening your resume, LinkedIn profile, and approach to applications.
You’re willing to put in the work and want expert guidance and feedback to make meaningful progress on your remote job search.
Most importantly, you’re ready to stop putting your
move abroad on hold because of the remote work piece.
CRM Consultant - DNV for Spain
“The biggest piece for me was learning LinkedIn. I just used it to search for jobs, but I can say that part of my success in landing a job was being active on LinkedIn. I was able to find 4 opportunities and none were applications, all were through networking.”
Head of People at Circle - WFA Role
“I didn’t know how to properly look for work from anywhere roles. I got an understanding of how to even look for jobs, how I can look for quality ones, and make sure they are quality companies. It helped me see that it is real that I can find these jobs.”
CSM - Digital Nomad
“The best part for me was learning how to network. It’s possible to get a job to work from anywhere. Even with back to office, you can still find companies that accommodate remote work.”

Bonus Move Abroad Q&A with Cepee
If you want to move abroad but finding remote work is what’s holding you back, this Bootcamp was created just for you.
Whether you’re currently employed and looking to transition to remote work, actively searching for a remote job, or exploring a career change, you’ll learn how to identify opportunities, position your experience, and approach your job search more strategically.
You don’t need previous remote work experience, but you should be ready to put what you’re learning into practice.
Nope! All eight remote work sessions will be recorded, so you can catch the replay if you can’t make it live.
That said, we encourage you to attend whenever possible so you can ask questions, participate in discussions, and benefit from the live workshops and Review & Regroup sessions.
The Remote Work Bootcamp kicks off on Monday, November 16, 2026, with two live sessions per week (45–60 minutes each).
Here’s the full schedule:
| Live Workshop | Review & Regroup | |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Monday, November 16 | Thursday, November 19 |
| Week 2 | Monday, November 30 | Thursday, December 3 |
| Week 3 | Monday, December 7 | Thursday, December 10 |
| Week 4 | Monday, December 14 | Thursday, December 17 |
All sessions take place at 8:30 PM ET.
We’ll take Thanksgiving week (November 23–29) off from live sessions so you can catch up, work on your assignments, and put what you’ve learned into practice.
You’ll also get a bonus live Move Abroad Q&A with Cepee. Date and time to be announced!
Can’t make it live? No worries! All sessions will be recorded so you can watch the replays on your own schedule.
Plan for two live sessions of approximately 45–60 minutes each, plus time to complete your weekly action guide and work on your job search.
This is a hands-on Bootcamp, so the more you put into the exercises, the more you’ll get out of the experience.
This Bootcamp isn’t about landing a job in four weeks. Finding a job takes time, especially in today’s job market.
This program is about helping you build a smarter job search, improve your applications, strengthen your LinkedIn presence, and learn how to find and pursue fully remote opportunities, so you’re not just applying and hoping for the best.
You’ll leave with practical skills and a strategy you can keep using long after the Bootcamp ends.
Yes! One of the things Michelle will cover is how to identify legitimate remote opportunities, understand location restrictions, and find companies and roles worth targeting.
Not every remote job can be done from outside the U.S., so we’ll help you learn what to look for when researching opportunities.
This Bootcamp is designed for women who want to move abroad but need to figure out the work piece, so we won’t be focusing on remote jobs that are limited to the U.S.
Please note: this Bootcamp isn’t about finding a job in another country or work visa sponsorship.
Michelle will conduct selected live resume and LinkedIn reviews during the Review & Regroup sessions.
Because this is a group program, we can’t guarantee an individual review for every participant. However, you’ll be able to learn from the examples, feedback, and questions covered during the calls.
You’ll have access to the workshop recordings, action guides, and Bootcamp resources in our private online space for 3 months after the program.
Not at all! You don’t need to have your destination figured out to start working on your remote job search.
The Bootcamp focuses on finding remote work and understanding which opportunities may support your plans to live abroad. You’ll also have a bonus Move Abroad Q&A with Cepee to ask questions about destinations, visas, or anything else move abroad related.
We offer refunds within the first 48 hours of the Bootcamp. Join the first live workshop on Monday, November 16, and if you realize it’s not the right fit, you can request a refund by 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, November 18.
After that, all sales are final.
Four weeks from now
